Creative Mastery International (CMI) is the creativity and innovation division of CommuniCorp Pty Ltd, a psychological consultancy specialising in augmenting individual, team and corporate performance. We take a strategic approach to the systemic development of creativity and innovation. We are committed to building 'creative organisations', regardless of industry type. CMI understands how creativity and innovation drive business outcomes, improve the 'bottom line' and enable competitive advantage.
CMI provides services to clients across the world, including USA, Australia, Asia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Europe. We provide a suite of services from consultative and diagnostic analyses through the three levels of creativity and innovation capability development: organisational, managerial and personal. We provide highly interactive consultation and professional development opportunities to help drive a strategic approach to innovation. Our approach emphasises that, in a creative organisation, every staff member shares responsibility for creativity and innovation.
Our focus is to deepen understanding of creativity and innovation, to develop sustainable creative practices, to enhance creative communication and management capabilities, and to provide creative inspiration. All our professional development activities are psychologically based, highly applied and allow for practical skill development and positive behavioural change. We believe all staff have the potential to contribute to the creative capital and innovation potential of an organisation and our psychologically based approach to capability development helps harness and develop such capability.
CMI prefers to utilise an evidence-based approach to ensure professional development activities meet the needs of its clients. Accordingly, we also offer a range of diagnostic services and have sophisticated web-based surveying capabilities that are quick and easy to use. We have generic creativity and innovation focussed diagnostic surveys that can be tailored to suit different organisations and we also offer a survey development service where we can capture qualitative and quantitative information across a single work area or whole organisation. We offer a range of survey reporting services including sophisticated multivariate statistical analysis.
